Q. How do I check the status of my order?

A. Upon placing your order, please allow up to 3 business days to have your order processed. Our fulfillment warehouses pack your ordered item(s) and ship the package(s) out as soon as possible. Once your order has been shipped, we will receive a tracking number to your order. You may click the order status link we sent you to find the real-time update of your shipment. Or enter you Order # and email address on our home page at the "Order Lookup" button. If you did not receive the order number, or did not find any updates under our order status page after 5 business days, please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to investigate.

Q. How long does shipment take?

A. Our warehouses are located around the world. For domestic orders in the United States, Canada and Australia, it will normally take 5 to 15 business days. For international orders, please allow up to 32 days. On rare instances, it could take up to 6 weeks due to the Covid-related logistics problems.

Q. Do you offer a refund if I am not satisfied with the product?

Q. Do you ship internationally?

A. Yes. We ship to almost all countries, and strive to ensure every customer will enjoy his or her shopping experience with us. We do not ship to India as of December 2020 due to trade restriction laws, and can resume shipment as soon as the restrictions are lifted. We are continuously expanding to include other countries in the future, as our business expands. You can place your order, and if we can't ship to your country, we will not process it and will issue you an immediate refund.

Returns

 

You have 15 calendar days to initiate a return on an item from the date you received it.

 

Refunds issued only if we sent the wrong item, is significantly not as described or arrived damaged.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase and refunds are initiated from your customer account, which you can create easily.

Refunds are initiated from your own customer account, so you would first need to create an account with your own username and password.  


Refunds are guaranteed for items not received, but you have to give us up to 90 days, because of the current pandemic-related logistics issues that our carriers may be experiencing. After 90 days you will be issued a refund.


For other refund requests, once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

 

You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
